COVID is an ever-changing issue. When proper health and safety protocols are updated, we reserve the right to change our procedures at any time in accordance with state, city and/or CDC recommended guidelines.

HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Tickets prices are $16 for adults, and $13 for seniors, students, and military. They may be purchased online with a credit card, or through the Box Office with a credit card, cash or check. Online ticketing will close two hours prior to the start of the performance; after that time, tickets are only available through the Box Office at the theatre.
WHEN IS THE BOX OFFICE OPEN?
The Box Office is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
WHAT ARE FLEX TICKETS?
Season Flex Tickets offer seven tickets for the price of six and can be used in any quantity for any show. You can use all the tickets in your package for seats at one show, seats at different shows during the season, or you can see a show more than once or bring a friend. It’s your choice!
WHAT IS THE SEATING ARRANGEMENT?
Our theater accommodates 87 patrons. Wheelchair accessible or limited mobility seating is available by reservation by calling the box office in advance at (972) 878-7529. Here’s a link to a handy seating chart.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Street parking is available on N Dallas and the surrounding streets. There is a parking lot behind the theatre at N McKinney and W Knox, and parking lots on W Baylor and NW Main, and W Baylor and N Sherman.
WHAT TIME DO PERFORMANCES START?
Doors open one hour before the performance for check-in, and patrons may take their seats 30 minutes before the performance. You will receive a reminder email the day before the performance with any pertinent last-minute details.
WHAT IS YOUR LATE SEATING POLICY?
Due to the configuration of our theater space and to ensure on-time patrons’ enjoyment, we do not allow late admittance. If you arrive after the show begins, you may wait in the lobby and watch the show on the television. You will be seated during intermission.

If your plans change or you are late to a sold-out show, we will do our best to reschedule or exchange your theater outing for another date or show. We regret that we cannot offer refunds. Our shows are popular and often sell out! Be sure to show up on time. For sold out shows, unclaimed reservations will be released to standby patrons at the scheduled show start time.

DO YOU OFFER CONCESSIONS?
Wine, soft drinks, and water, as well as individually wrapped snacks are available at the concession stand in the lobby, with donations accepted to support the theatre. These items can be obtained pre-show or at intermission and can be brought into the theater to enjoy. Outside food and drink are prohibited.
CAN I ADVERTISE IN YOUR PROGRAM?
Several options are available for advertisements in show playbills. Please contact the office at (972) 878-7529 for more information.
CAN I VOLUNTEER AT THE THEATRE?
We’d love to have you volunteer with us! You can act onstage, usher during shows, and/or help backstage. Please contact the office at (972) 878-7529 for more information.
DO YOU RENT YOUR SPACE?
At this time, neither the lobby nor the theatre space is available for rental.
